Refund Policy

Once a user has gained access (a dialup connection to the internet) via our internet dialup services, NO refunds for any reason whatsoever will apply. We do not offer discounted access rates for pre-pay subscribers. We will NOT offer any refunds to users that pre-pay for services and then leave before the contracted term for which the pre-payment was made. NO refund is ever given for set-up fees.

Cancellation Policy

Although we would like you to remain a Idial subscriber forever, we realize there are situations which may arise causing the need for you to cancel you’re Idial High Speed dialup Internet service.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone. Reasonable security precautions will be followed to insure proper authorization. Cancellation requests MUST be received prior to the beginning of your billing cycle in order to avoid additional charges to your account. NON-USAGE OF AN ACCOUNT IS NOT PROOF OF CANCELLATION OF SERVICE! Subscribers are responsible for full payment on all dialup accounts whether or not the account is ever utilized until such time as the dialup account is cancelled by appropriate notice.

To cancel service by email, send to billing@idial.net and include your dialup account username and password and date cancellation is to become effective. Note we will only accept email cancellation if the notice was sent from the account for which service is to be cancelled. If you do not receive a confirmation email back from us, assume we didn't not receive your request.  In that event please call our offices to cancel your account. You are responsible for your account until it has been cancelled and confirmed.

To cancel by phone, please call our office at 1-208-667-8803 and request that your dialup account be cancelled. We will ask you for your dialup username and password and any other information we determine is necessary to verify authorization.
